If the game doesn't work for you or isn't what you expected, write to contacto@casoabiertogame.com within 14 days of purchase, from the email you paid with, and you'll get a full refund. No reason needed. Once refunded, the key stops working.
If something doesn't start, write to us first: it can almost always be fixed, and we will reply.
